DS Audio introduces SC-001 Ultrasone Record Brush and TB-50 Tube Phono Equalizer

Mafico proudly presents two exceptional new products from DS Audio for the discerning vinyl enthusiast: the innovative SC-001 Ultrasone record brush and the high-quality TB-50 Tube Phono Equalizer. Both products combine Japanese precision with an uncompromising focus on musicality.

SC-001 Ultrasone Record Brush

Music begins before the needle drops. The new DS Audio SC-001 is the world’s first ultrasonic LP cleaning brush. Unlike conventional brushes, which mainly move dust across the surface, the SC-001 generates approximately 11,000 vibrations per minute (183 Hz). This effectively loosens fine dust from deep within the grooves. Extensive quantitative research was conducted on dust removal during the development of the brush bristles. Additionally, the SC-001 features a two-step anti-static design that significantly reduces static charge more effectively than traditional brushes. The brush module is also replaceable for long-term convenience.

TB-50 Tube Phono Equalizer

Two souls. One music. With the TB-50, DS Audio introduces a new hybrid phono equalizer specially developed for DS Audio optical elements. The design combines highly precise solid-state equalization and amplification with a tube buffer/output stage for a rich, natural harmonic reproduction.

The TB-50 uses the same ECC82 (12AU7) tubes as the flagship TB-100, offering a refined combination of speed, transparency, and musical warmth. Additionally, the design features a dedicated heat-dissipation channel, a current-drive/current-transmission cartridge connection, and adjustable tube lighting for a cozy effect.
