The Diptyque company is born from the meeting between two men passionate about acoustics: Gilles Douziech and Eric Poix. Among others what makes these speakers unique is their proprietary PPBM Push-Pull Bipolar Magnet technique that uses large section bipolar magnets located both at the front and the rear of the Mylar membrane. This makes it possible for the membrane's coil to remain in a constant magnetic field while it moves, allowing a much higher level of control than with a single-ended construction.
