muon Pro Ethernet Filter and Streaming Cable
After disconnecting the origin power supply and returning everything to the old situation, I wondered how the muon Pro Ethernet Filter and muon Pro Streaming Cable could achieve in comparison.

For this final test, I connected the Network Acoustics muon Pro Ethernet Filter between the switch and the server. Honestly, its effect is more significant than what could reasonably be expected from a passive filter device. The muon Pro provides certain aspects of what the origin power supply achieved, such as a huge reduction in edginess, a lowering of “hash”, and an increase in flow. What it does not is enhance the pacing or increase the clarity, solidity, and expression as the origin does so well. Nevertheless, all things considered, this little box continues to surprise me each time I try it.
Next, I added the muon Pro Streaming Cable between the muon Pro Ethernet Filter. With this, the sound becomes even smoother and more liquid, while eliminating any trace of hardness or edge. Meanwhile, the cable maintains body and tonal saturation, offering a great balance between relaxed flow and solidity.
Together, these accessories have an undeniably massive influence on the sound, but they do not achieve the same improvement across the board as the origin power supply. Ultimately, as great as these passive accessories are, they cannot perform miracles, and they are not a substitute for the origin power supply.

Conclusion
The origin power supply may appear costly. Sure, 3,000 euros is not pocket change for what seems like such an unassuming component. But that’s just the thing. As unassuming as this power supply may appear, I learned firsthand how much impact it can have. In fact, I like it so much that I permanently installed it in my utility box to power my main router. I haven’t told them yet, but the nice folks at Network Acoustics are not getting the origin back!
