Sadly I don't know anything about these preamps, except that they were probably Rowland's very first commercial products. One is a phono stage and the other is the preamp. I'm guessing that MCC stands for MC-something and therefore hints at MC cartridges and hence MCC will be the phono stage but of course I could be entirely wrong:-)
